About
Traci Slade is a true native of Colorado. She was born and raised in Colorado Springs. After graduating from high school, Traci lived and worked for an oil and gas lawyer in Denver for many years. In 1986, her family relocated to Woodland Park. Living in the mountains and enjoying the great outdoors with spectacular views of Pikes Peak was always a dream of hers. After commuting from Woodland Park to Colorado Springs for more than 25 years, Traci was delighted when the opportunity was presented to join the team at Michael Harper Real Estate.
Traci’s career background was in the legal industry. She has been a legal assistant to many lawyers whose practices encompassed many different areas of law, including nonprofit and for-profit corporations, as well as real estate. Such background experience has facilitated the transition from a legal assistant to a transaction coordinator to her second career as a real estate associate broker. The same skills of initiative, diligence, attentiveness, caring, and a great work ethic that she possessed as a legal assistant she will bring to her real estate career.
She loves being of service to make buying or selling a home go as smoothly as possible and to lend a helping hand when needed. She is passionate about Woodland Park and the surrounding areas and looks forward to the opportunity to assist you in making the best choice for your real estate needs!
When not assisting clients, Traci enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping, walking, hiking, boating, biking, and concerts.
